I contacted them on their website on Thursday, Friday and Monday and no-one contacted me. I did so on Tuesday again, I was phoned and everything was resolved in minutes. In the waiting time, I became so frustrated, that I sent an email to the head of AandG to complain about not being contacted. This because there is no email address on Virseker website! But, the matter was resolved over the phone.
