Huge premium increases without claim layouts.

So misleading!!! They offer a really good deal at first, beats all other companies but then they hike up their premiums real fast. They increased my premium with 50% in 2 years without any claims paid out!!! Also very rude on the phone. Making a ton of excuses for making such huge premium increases. Not helpful at all. Got much better service elsewhere.
