I had a break-in on Friday 31.7.2015, phone Virseker Insurance company on 1.8.2015 submit a claim. They were very efficient, and helpful, and without any hassles paid me on 3.8.2015. The only negative thing is, I paid R8 000 for my TV, they paid market related value of R6 000, and then I had an excess of R2 500.
