Good day, I would like to report the insurance company Virseker. I did respond to an adverti*****t of a short term policy. At that specific time I was interested as my current insurer gave me a higher premium. Before I actually could finalize the application-sending photos of the vehicle- they came with a counter offer. I immediately called Virseker and canceled the policy. I spoke to a lady called Octavia and a man called Wayne. I sent numerous emails but still they deducted two installments from my bank account. Now, they do not respond in any way. Can you please advise me what to do. Kind regards. Laurika Willer
