So comfortable taking your monthly premuim but when it came to pay out my \gatsakbonus\" you came up with the sorriest excuse i have ever heard of!!!!!! My vehicle was involved in a accident, a lady skipped a red light and hit my vehicle, it was a third party claim but i still report it to my insurance, Virseker, just report it not a claim!!!!!! Now that they have to pay out my outbonus they use the excuse that i put in a claim and that my outbonus will only be paid out in October 2019, but the laughing matter is that Virseker never pay a dime for any damage on my vehicle, instead they humiliate me after the accident last year to arrange for a rental car, that i had to pay for, and after 2 days they demand me to return the rental car because i am not claiming through my insurance!!!! Sorry but i never claim for any nitty gritty stuff, i was dissipointed and still are in Virseker and still waiting for them to phone me back sinse last week!!!!! Bad bad bad service from a insurance that \"speak my language\" go and check your records to see if any payment was made out for my vehicles damage or any other expensise!!!!
