First company that doesn't have banking details

I am so disgusted with this company right now. My salary was paid late this month due to the lockdown so there was not funds when the debit order went off. So they said they will try and debit the account again on the 15th of this month. My husband that is working for a small business didn't get full salary at the end of March so i had to help him. So i have asked for banking details to do the eft as i had to borrow money to get the full amount. Just to hear sorry we don't have banking details. What company doesn't have banking details reallyyy?????

So end of April both me and my husband won't have an income due to the extended lockdown and no work that came in......so what do you do. All i need is a letter from the saying our premies is up to date to send to the bank to get relieve on our vechiles. I don't want the letter now i just first need banking details so i can pay the premie
