Finally someone who cares

As per my previous review that I have been struggling to have my details changed, a extremely helpful and friendly Dewaldt Joubert assisted me yesterday. I asked that they call me after 5 as I cannot take calls during the day and everyone refused saying that they close at 5, which I do understand. Dewaldt send me a email and said that he will phone me after 5 to assist which he did. He literally changed everything within 5 minutes. Clearly he is one of the few people at Virseker that wants to make sure the clients stay happy. From now on I will only deal with him. We'll done Dewaldt, keep up the good service. The others can definitely learn a lot from you 👏
