Feedback on a vehicle claim
I have submitted a motor vehicle claim a week ago. I did provide them with all the vehicle pictures. Till today I have not received a call from them to update me on the progress on the claim. Phoned them on Monday 2 October 2023 and ask them about the progress. The promise that I get was that somebody will call me. Well SOMEBODY did not call me. Phoned again this morning and the call agent said that her manager will call me. No call received from Manager. Phoned again this afternoon and again the call agent said a Manager will call me. This is is so frustrated. Quick to deduct premium but client service is bad.

The panel beater that they said I must take my vehicle to is just over an hour from my home. It seems that they only deals with panel beaters in Eadenvale but not in Pretoria. Be aware that they do not have accredited panel beaters in Pretoria. Sure they do not treat the customer fairly.
