False promises
I only joined Virseker a few months ago. They promised excellent service. I receive anything but that. Staff member, management and their complaints section have all done nothing but ignore my emails and phone calls. I need a letter for a third party claim. It is a very simple matter but they have been inefficient, unprofessional and unhelpful. They do not even answer complaints. I am so frustrated and disappointed, I had such high hopes.

31 Jan 2025, 17:47Despite their response earlier, I have received NO phone calls or emails in response to my complaint. I even sent them a "please call me" via their website but again no response. There is still no response to the complaint I lodged days ago with their dispute resolution section. Where is their management? Is no one overseeing what is going on there?
