Failure of service delivery, (I don’t recommend using virseker)

I sighing up to Virseker because of what was offered, and how they can guarantee service delivery. Well, its going for 2 months and it’s just empty promises just to get you off the call. Every day is the same story and every day there is no results. My car was sent in on the 17th of April (I explained to the consultant and the assessor what the problems were), Just to find out that after a week of 2 that they are not even looking at the problems I reported and now there is some “mis communication”. Trying to sort this out has been a nightmare and a waste of money and time. I was told by the assessor once they fix this one problem only then will they look at the rest of the problems. (How does that make any sense, the car is just standing there, why not look at the other problems in the meanwhile? Why not asses the full damage to see whether they should repair of write it off, bot no we wait, And if the do get this part one day they it will take them 60 more days to look and repair the other stuff. I also made request and statements to use different mechanics. Use someone more capable, (I company is only as strong as its weakest link) I was assured 30 days and we are going for 60 now The assessor who would phone me daily, well he disappeared of the face of the planet. Virseker is failing the Afrikaans language with their bold statement of being the best Afrikaans insurance company.
