Extremely bad experience

Do NOT enter ANY business with this company!!!! Their service is of the worst I experienced. After they deducted my monthly premium, they refused to acknowledge a claim stating that I did not pay, although payments are via a debit order. When they finally realised I paid, it took them more than 3 weeks to finalise a claim. Then the excess is almost 60% of the value of the claim. I am in the process of cancelling my policy with them
