Mostly, I love the seamless consolidated Virseker product making it possible to get my car, building structure and all my home contents covered in one insurance under one policy/account; I am excited that now I don't have to deal with three different insurance companies administratively like I have been doing for over 20 years. One premium deducted once a month from my bank by Virseker is a major benefit for me. Although I struggled a little with perfect understanding of Afrikaans where the language became too deep, I was lucky enough to have been assisted by a super friendly consultant who was patient, professional, kind, well-mannered and also polite enough to translate into English where I needed the translation.
