Exceptional service by short term Insurer and relevant support structures.

On 5 may 2021 we had a vicious hailstorm in Gouritzmond.Ice blocks the size of quarter bricks were quite numerous.Water started streaming into the house through the roof.We could not stem the tide as the amount of water was just too much.This resulted in serious damage to carpets and built in cupboards.Inspection on the roof revealed more than 30 holes varying in size from 5cm to 20 cm in diameter.We reported the damage to our insurer,"VIRSEKER" and registered a claim.Within a day the assessor from Digicall assessment solutions(DAS) was on site and took notice of the damage.Emergency repairs was arranged.The assistance rendered by DAS( Mariaan van Romburgh),VIRSEKER and Auto &General(Lynette Veldtsman)was exceptional throughout he process of repairing the damage.The complete roof was replaced,two carpets and two built in cupboards were also replaced.The contractors appointed by the insurers were professional and rendered very good service.This traumatic experience was made tolerable by the empathy and professional support by all involved.They can be recommended to any person needing really outstanding insurance cover.
