Excellent service to end a very bad experience

We have been struggling to get our Insurance claim at Virseker Insurance resolved for nearly 3 months now. After two complaint on Hello Peter and many on Facebook, the matter was finally escalated to a young lady in the Legal Department.

While I am still not happy with Virseker's service, my experience in dealing with Jeanique Mitchell has been good enough (so far) for me to write this review. She knew which document to ask for, she behaved professionally, she got the third party's gender right and she phone regularly to update us on the progress.

Last step is to arrange the payment into our account, which is probably out of her control. Let's hope all goes well.
