Excellent service, but with some drawbacks

During my last claim for damage to my property because of strong wind gusts, Virseker (and especially Natasha Johannes) handled my claim professionally and satisfactorily. Natasha followed up on the damage assessing process every two to three days. The only drawback is that the process is quite lengthy and the repair work has not yet started about two weeks after first submitting the claim.
