Excellent (and "painless") claim experience

Insurance companies often suffer bad reviews and low ratings. I have to commend VirSeker for the way they handled my claim for a leaking water pipe in my ceiling. The claim process was done on the phone, no documents had to be completed. The consultant was professional, friendly and understanding, a joy to deal with. The matter was then handed over to another gentleman to manage the repair. He too was professional, friendly and committed to address my problem as fast as possible. He kept constant communication with me via phone calls and SMS messages. My claim was submitted around 09:00 yesterday (30 August) and repairs were completed just after noon. Much appreciation for the service I received and to all the individuals involved!
