I have called them three times today and three times they have put the phone down on me. I left a message on the website where they return the call - Ons bel jou.

They say they will "Dankie vir jou ****akbesonderhede. Ons sal jou binnekort s***el!" This was early this morning and I am still waiting. To make matters worse they put the phone down when one calls. All I require at this time is an email address as they refuse to help when a client of theirs is struck down and unable to make his own phone calls. They are rude and insist on his signature. Now that I have a power of attorney signed I need the email address which does not appear on the website at all. Would be nice if they were more friendly and understanding but then none if us trust insurance companies anyway so they can be rude as despite everything we still need them.

I am asking that they call me and let me have the email address so this form can be sent to them and they can quote on adding a vehicle to a policy. Come on virseker, live up to your expectations.
