distateful and ***********s service received and payment due not paid

I had an Accident around 10 FEBRUARY the consultant on the phone said my insurance was stopped so they could not assist with a tow truck. In fact the insurance was still covered for the month of February so I had to incur the inconvenience of getting my brother pay R850 for the tow truck service which was to be refunded by the insurance company. Today is the 1 APRIL and after loosing count of the emails I sent enquiring about the refund i have had not one email back advising me as to what is happening with the refund asking about the refund, after being told it would be refunded I have not heard form anyone. I am taking this to the ombudsman for further action!!!! We had two vehicles covered. The frustration of the level of service has caused the Policy holder to cancel both insured vehicles. I held on for over 50 Minutes for a consultant to answer a call, and it took days before I heard from anyone after being told someone would get back to me on messenger. When a consultant eventually called, I was told they would sort it out. I then asked them to get someone to call me again so that I can reinsure my vehicle with them hoping they would appreciate retaining their clients, and they told me someone would call me back......TO DATE NOBODY has called so they not bothered to reinstate my vehicle nor provide a decent service. TWO months into the claim, NO REFUND although I was covered for the tow service. No correspondence received after several emails!! THE CALLS WERE RECORDED SO LETS TAKE THIS TO THE OMBUDSMAN AND RESOLVE IT! Would I refer a friend, family member or my worst enemy to VIRSEKER?? SEKER NEEE!!!!! I am not a person that gets angry easily but if you had to see the trails and frustrations over the past two months I think i can justify why I need to voice myself to be heard!
