Dishonest and ***********

Wish I read the reviews on here before I signed up with them. My cover has not even started and I'm already having endless problems with them to have a tracking unit installed. They keep listing my vehicle on their side as having it's own tracking unit, even after I have told them over and over and over again that they need to arrange for a tracking unit to be installed. Furthermore when they sold me the policy they made it clear that they will cover all the cost for the tracking unit (monthly and installation) until I cancel the policy at which time I will need to pay for the remainder of the contract. Now suddenly they have changed their mind and now want to add a monthly fee for my tracking unit. Dishonest to say the least!
