Disgusted by Virseker insurance

We had a conversation at work regarding my colleagues insurance and the fact that she's getting a cash back bonus. Which in return made me check if my insurance \Virseker\" had the same benefit. After searching on Google I discovered that \"Virseker\" does have that benefit. I then phoned \"Virseker\" to find out when I qualify as I've been with them for a while. I was advised that this year would be 4 years in May. Then I was so happy because now I qualify for my cash back bonus.The consultant advised me that I never added this benefit to my policy. My argument was if I never knew about this benefit how could I add it. I asked them to listen to the voice recording and get back to me. No one has phoned me for 2 weeks regarding my request. I phoned \"Virseker\" today only to be told the note on the system says NO WHERE IN THE RECORDINGS WAS \"GATSAKBONUS\" MENTIONED. I wasn't informed of this benefit.<br> Please tell me how do you keep your clients happy if they never claimed, because at the end of the day I've paid \"Virseker\" over R33000 for the 4 years.
