Disappointing service

If I could give no star, I would have. I received shocking service from Virseker. Firstly, they pride themselves in servicing customers in Afrikaans. They don't! I had to call several times for the last claim, and my holding time was an hour in total. Just to be told they don't cover it. No one called me to tell me the claim was not approved; I had to waste more time and airtime to call them. The consultant I spoke to first did not tell me that the policy did not cover the part. I wasted my money paying the policy for just over two years.

I have asked for my policy to be cancelled, and I will NEVER use ANY of their services and will most definitely not refer anyone to them.

I am so disappointed!
