Disapointing service

Virseker unable to assist me with a request on my current account with them they offer the scratch and dent policy items and charge you every month, However, when you do actually do a query on this insured section of your policy they can't help me waiting 30 min on hold to get assistance. I can't even cancel this item.

I would rather then cancel my whole insurance policy with them and get assistance from a company that's willing to assist with my needs as a customer and actually stick to their promises and provides a service that can be trusted as i believe this 3rd party add on is a cliche to add money over and above to what you actually pay on a monthly basis. I have waited 4 days since my firt request and now again 30min on hold for assistance as they don't know who will be able to assist me with my query. This makes me wonder what else would go wrong.
