Dink verseker 10 keer voor jy besluit op VIRSEKER!

Good day

I had a summery sent to me for all claims that were submitted to me for the last 10 years and I was insured by Virseker for +- 8 months. of that time. In that time I haven't had any claim to the insurer but according to the summery that was sent from my current insurer I had made 2 claims of the amount of R30 000.00 and R 1 750.00. This was shocking to see as i never claimed for anything. But on this date of their so called claim I phoned them for advise as my wife were in a hit and run situation where a guy drove into the back of our car and drove off. My wife managed to get the registration number of the vehicle . So that's when I phone Virseker ato ask them if they can help me track down this guys that drove off. NO Claims were submitted to Virseker. Yesterday when I questioned Virseker they told me that I paid the excess of the claim ( R 4 500.00 )and the "so called accident" was R 30 000.00 and I even Hired a car of R 1 750.00. When I told them that this is false they said that I need to talk to someone else in virseker call centre. Same story.

So I then wrote them a email stating that I want All prove of the above mentioned as well as all phone recordings. Till now no response what so ever.

I would NOT recommend them to any body as this has damaged my reputation at any future insurance companies as they pick this up on their systems. And this is after I "****" to them on my application form by stating that I had No Claims in the last 3 years. ( That is true )

I am awaiting a letter stating that I was Falsely accused for Claim that was not submitted.
