Delay in finalizing claim

I am paying a massive car insurance premium and when I have a claim on this vehicle, they are only willing to pay for second hand parts for my vehicle. When the appointed panel beater was unsuccessful in sourcing second hand parts (for a car that looks brand new and was in excellent condition) they have been giving me and this panel beater the run around with ENDLESS delays and new requests. I have now been waiting for a month for them to actually give the go-ahead for the vehicle to be repaired. Be very wary before trusting them. They are obviously only interested in fixing your vehicle in the cheapest way possible.
