CLIENTS DO NOT MATTER!!!

I took my vehicle to Sunset Body Works in PE on their Instruction, note no structural damage only cosmetic. Three weeks later I was informed that my vehicle is ready for collection. On arrival, there were issues which I was promised will be resolved. That weekend I drove 300km tar road, on return home I found that the front and rear bumper was loose (just been refitted by Sunset) There was also paintwork that I was not happy with. I was then instructed by the Assessor to take my car back to them for a further 3 weeks. I received my car back and everything fell off again as well as new paintwork defects, which they decided to come flat and polish in my garden!!!!

A week later I was then instructed to take it to another company, Ne;s Body works, also in PE for rectification??

I was informed two weeks later that my vehicle is ready for collection. I proceeded to fetch my car today 25th Feb only to find the whole left side of my car covered in over spray, the right rear fender feels like sand paper (there was no damage to that part of the car) and there is grey paint spots on my bonnet (It's a white car) I subsequently told them what the issues were and left.

In total my car has been with bodyshops for 8 weeks, on initiating the claim and this is on record, I stated that I do not want my car to go to these suppliers as they do not have a good reputation, well, guess I proved that point. Promises were made of courtesy cars, rental cars(I would have to pay deposit even though it was their subpar service provider)

I am now in a position where I am going to employ a lawyer to sort this issue out.
