Claim on laptop

I should have read previous reviews of this company prior to joining them. The will not pay out my claim with very lame excuses, laptop is old and few dents, windows don't work because of HDD damage, etc. I am so glad I stopped my cover from them. Will not recommend them to any person and they are not getting any more money from me. It seems to me they don't mind to loose clients. I paid in 5 years plus a substantial amount to them and they are not prepared to replace a laptop. As I said in my previous writing, truly a proud South African company (give, give, give and no payout).
