My daughter was misfortunate to be in the situation where her phone was ****** from her and following day I logged a call with VirSeker and my claim was imediately actioned. Next day I received a call from the handling consultant (Christopher Joubert) and he assisted me straight away from 9 O'Clock and by 11 all was handled and sorted and paid out.
