Claim

I submitted a claim. It was reported by the assessor. I wasn't happy on what was reported Been advised to follow the insurer's internal procedures. Before I could do that the insurer's representative called to state that they reviewed. They make me a happy client based on my time I'm a client of them. Even for them not continuing with my claim they assisted on another way so can do maintenance on problem. Thanks so much to verseker assuransie you walked the extra mile but it's the steps you take that makes me to keep on to be your client. I'll recommend that others should join. Many miles and cheerful steps.
