Can't communicate with them.

So I have been with Virseker from around 2022 and was living in the Western Cape at that point and moved around January 2023. I contacted them to have my address changed about a month or so after moving to the Eastern Cape. It is now September 2023 and a Sales Person contacted me to see if they can sell me some other insurance for the previous residence in the Western Cape. So it turns out my address has not been changed and it has almost been a year. I attempted to change it on the Website myself and their system just freezes at the last step, then I tried phoning them but the call quality is incredibly bad. the consultant said they would phone me back but it seems their number is flagged as Spam and my phone automatically blocks them. Very frustrated. I have never claimed so I can't speak to that. If this is how hard it is to change a address I can not even imagine how hard it is to get a claim processed. Initially their service was great but I am really thinking about moving to another provider.
