Cancellation Virseker

I cancelled my policy with them in January but they keep on deducting the amount for Merch and April. I tried to phone them but if you chose an option to speak to a consultant you are put on hold. Twice I gave up after holding on for 15 min. I completed the request form to phone me but have had no response
