Cancellation requests not heeded.

I cancelled my aged sister's motor vehicle insurance which was done in April. They promised me that no more premiums would go off my sister's bank account (I have power of attorney on her account). We noticed that this month (end of May) the same deductions were made.

We also called again and were told they never received any instructions, although I sent through a letter on the 21st of April on email as directed by Rowan.

We were passed on to 3 different departments yesterday, as Virseker claims that my sister subscribed to a main policy and sub-policies and tried to get each one cancelled.

We finally got SMS confirmation that the main policy was cancelled (R512.04) but have not received confirmation that the additional add on policies for R269.22 and R185.00 were ever cancelled.

This is shocking service seeing that my sister is ailing and could no longer drive her vehicle to see your company take insurance premiums month after month for a sold vehicle.
