By Products -Dishonest and deceiving

Very disappointed with the by products sold to me. What the sales person discussed and what I actually received is not the same. The employees do not provide feedback and if you do not call them they could not be bothered. Currently cancelled the by products and are working on quotes to change insurance companies. Very disappointed
