BREECH OF PRIVACY

For more than a year I have been receiving correspondence, PINs, as well as private - even intimate - details about a person with the same surname as me but simi**** initial(s).

I have made numerous calls to Virseker and sent untold e-mails asking them to get the correct e-mail from the lady in question. I even received a 90-minute recording between her and the consultant, in which very personal details are disclosed, as well as that of her daughter!

My requests for a call back are ignored. The last consultant - Adrian - was insulting my intelligence.

Surely there is an obligation on the operators at Virseker to adhere to the Popi Act.
