Beware! Virseker annual increases are sneakingly 25% although they state 8%

This is a warning to all clients of Virseker or any person who wants to join Virseker: In their communication for the annual premium review, they state that the increase will be 8%. However, you have to check that because they then increase your premium with a huge 25% without informing you of the reasons why. I incidentally noticed that this year and when I went back to last year's increase, I saw that they had also increased it with 25%. When you want to report this, you find that there is no way a client can communicate on email with Virseker, you have to phone. I phoned and the lady agreed that they had unilaterally increased the value of many items without my consent or input and then brought the premium down substantially. When I wrote to the CEO to point this out, as they say they stand for integrity and honesty but then underhandedly increase premiums annually with 25% , even if you had no claims since inception of your policy, they don't respond. They refer it to another company that promises to get back to you in 15 working days, but then never get back to you. SO, the only deduction is that Virseker knows very well that this is what they do to clients and they have no honest answer or explanation. Be on the look-out. Don't join Virseker and if you are with them, check those annual increases. Also, if you want insurance that communicates well with you and you want to be able to reach them, don't go to Virseker. They just want your monthly premiums but has no regard for treating clients with integrity nor communicate with them professionally.
