BAD Service from Virseker - 10 days with claim no action

We had an accident on the 10 Feb 2022. 12 days later and nothing has been done towards my claim. I have been in contact non stop but every time its a different excuse. If I don’t phone to find out what is happening then I will not get any answer. The car was taken on Thursday evening to Virsekers yard where I was told on the Friday that the assessor will go on Monday to the Yard to assess. On Monday when I queried it was told that they will only go on Wednesday. It’s a week later and still no report from the assessor. I was told on Tuesday that the assessor wants to talk to me and I question it but was told that they can’t finished my claim because I need to speak to the assessor. I feel as client of Virseker they need to speak to the assessor and decide what they want to do with the claim. If I question thing it feel like they get frustrated and angre with me as their client. I think this is really unacceptable.

One of Virseker consultant also spoke to my daughter regarding things on the policy that has nothing to do with her, like the Access that we need to pay, the whole summary , and I am the policy holder. It was supouse to be discussed with me and not my daughter that explain to the lady how the accedent happened, I also bought it under their attention and was told that she will speak to her manager but still nothing is said about that. Things weren’t disclose toward me on the policy over the phone only after I accepted the quote I saw small stuff like thing I will be penalised if I claim before a year on the policy. I am very very disappointed in Virseker. They are keen of getting you as client but don’t want to service their clients.
