Bad service for claims

Together with Auto and General i am a new client and not happy at all. Registered a claim a december and till today no assistance, no accesor, rude and arrogant consultant Natasha, never returnes calls and when i complain and ask for someone higher she's quick to say her manager will contact me. This is not the experience i imagined yet you debit my account every month and im sitting with a loss. Stop advertising good service yet cant hold your promise. This better get sorted out asap. I want to cancel my insurance with you.
