Bad service

My husband claimed on his motor vehicle in March. Since then he is struggeling to do his work. We have to ***kow up on everything. 8 weeks later the assessor arrived in the worng town so it was extended. Eventually the vehicle were moved and they started with the repair. They accepted the quote from a panelbeater that have not done an inspection. No communication whatsoever from the panelbeater nor Virseker. My husband went to the panelbeater and the vehicle was done. They didn't let him know. They said but the vehicle can't drive. Virseker didn't cover the other repairs. After I contacted the person handling the claim, they said that the assessor only handed his assessment in on the 7th of July and that part was not covered.
