Bad service and adding aditional charger without concent!!!

Not so happy customer. Joined in August already had issues ever since. Now they added on extras to my policy which i did not agee to and im strugling for a week just to get the recording of where i gave them permisson. Customer service doesnt pick up. Real real bad service
