Bad service

Lightning shot out my tv and my fridge i had insurrance with virseker and did the claim as it was my first claim ever so i dont know how it works and the lady that helped me said another consultant with phone me to explain everything no called! I went on the app to see if i can see something a number email or anything and the only thing i saw was my claim was rejected with no reason at all no call no nothing! I will never ever tell anyone to use virseker as an insurrance company at all!
