Bad bad experience

After a long time that we did not have insurance, we decided to get some again. I lost my job and life happens so we had to cut on things including insurance. For a while we only had car insurance with Outsurance then we sold the vehicle also and cancelled that as well. End of last year we came into a position to take out insurance again and because I am Afrikaans I thought lets support Virseker as they seem very good. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!!!!!! While we did not have insurance we did loose items such as my laptop and phone due to damages so we made due without because we could not afford insurance. A while after we obtained and secured our insurance, we went on holiday and came back very happy house still standing no break ins so on. Two weeks went by and kids accidentally hot the TV. The whole acreen is broken so we get someone to have a look and they advise to rather claim as its more expensive to fix than to replace. We submitted our claim and more than a month later we are still waiting. Everyday. New message contradicting the previous one. Every phone call giving different info. I am definitely going to cancel and move back to outsurance of O do not get results by tomorrow. Then I will rather save up and buy a new TV for kods and move on to an insurance company who actually DOES assist with a claim and not treat your claim like a complete investigation. For goodness sake we only have 2 tv’s and one broke so the math is very easy here Virseker. I am not happy with the service at all. I have received far better service from outsurance and will gladly py double knowing I will get my claims sorted. Thats after all why we pay insurance?
