BAD BAD BAD SERVICE FROM VERSEKER

I reported a ****** tyre whilst playing at golf at Graceland. an assessor was appointed as support to my claim. a week later he phoned and said problem solved, quotations received on both the tyre and rim. I requested the quotations be forwarded so that I can show the relevant parties the quoted and agreed prices with the Verseker Assesor. up to now NOTHING!! Phone3d the Verseker numbers and up to now NOTHING except for the Assesors e mail address. I forwarded him the quotations I gathers from the same Suppliers with a R1215 price difference (Higher).

the Assessor does not even bother replying!!!!

I will very soon go with another insurance agency if this problem is not resolved......
