Awesome Service from Nikita

<p>Everyday I get phone calls from telesales and even if I think you sound like someone from telesales, I get irritated very quickly. This was almost the same when Nikita called me. My first impression was that she will be trying to sell some sort of funeral or car tyre grove polish grip blah blah blah... But it was definitely not the case.<br /><br />Nikita was extremely professional throughout the whole call and repeated patiently every time I asked her and even solved a problem a didnt even know I have. I have app**** for home (content) insurance last week and the lady (from last week) created a whole new profile for this instead of just linking it to my motor insurance with Virseker. Nikita helped save me fees that I didnt need to pay and also brought both home and vehicle insurance down.<br /><br />I absolutely despise random numbers calling me and the constant irritation of telling them to ****** off but Nikita, even though your not telesales, you have been fresh air to this already clustered sardine-like world where everyone just calls and blah blah funeral, blah blah rear-sprocket blah blah aircon that is moist blah blah money. <br /><br />Thank you Nikita and thank you Virseker!</p>
