Account amendment not reflecting on policy documentation

<p>I recently amended my work address of the vehicle I insured with Virseker. I was informed that the updated policy documentation would be emailed to me, but I have not received anything as of yet. I logged into the Virseker website to download my policy documentation and it still showed my old work address where I used to park. The new monthly premium, of which the lady informed me, does reflect however.</p> <p> </p> <p>The "call me back" feature of the website does not work. I logged multiple "call me backs" choosing different options and I am still waiting for someone to phone me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would appreciate it if someone could confirm that the address has been updated successfuly and email me the updated documentation.</p>
