Accident claim.

USELESS USELESS USELESS 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬my wife was in an accident on the 2021/04/09

The accident was not her fault as the person who drove into her did not stop at the yield sign and look around to see if the coast was clear.

The same day after the accident our insurance at that time Virseker told us if the car were written off they would pay out about R102 000 as we still owed about R101 000 on the car at that time. About 2 weeks after that they told us that the car is written off and that the car was only insured for R85 000 and that we should claim for third party to get the rest out as the amount will be R18 000.

And so far nothing has been done we don't have the car anymore but still paying for it even though it wasn't her fault.

For me Virseker is the most useless insurance company out there. I moved to Virseker because I am Afrikaans and thought they would be perfect for me and my wife but as it turns out they don't care about there clients.
