Access ridiculous

I had insurance cover with Virseker now on 3 ocassions my claim acess was more or almost the same ammount then to just buy the acutual item of the shelve.

I had a claim of which I declined due to the high access but on my policy, it shows claim settled.

Well, I am happy to say that I have moved my home content and my vehicles to another insurer and are most happy with them.
