A friendly man, Neal Titus, assisted me this morning with adding a car to my current account, he waited patiently for me to get all the information needed from my husband and even gave my husband a call to get all the information that I could not provide. Afterwards there was a problem with the quote not being able to attach to the mail, but once I informed him he gave me a call and stayed on the line until I received it.
