Cannot be bothered to credit amounts due

I had a pre-paid service with Virgin Mobile UK (same company as Virgin Mobile South Africa) for over 10 years which was infrequently used because I reside out of the UK. Suddenly on my most recent visit they decided to terminate my number and keep all the prepaid balance on my phone.<br> <br> It's technically very easy to get my number back but they refuse to do so, and even more they won't refund any prepaid balance on the account. When I contacted them by mail Brenda Crosby of Virgin Mobile UK informed me that \because of the administration involved I am unable to offer a refund for any credit on the account."<br> <br> In other words Virgin Mobile can't be bothered to refund me? Or even try to get my number back?<br> <br> A follow up complaint letter and response from Virgin Mobile has done nothing to resolve any of this"
