I get call from AG cellular consultant by the name of Sinetemba Mbusiso during 26 May 2015 and sell me a contract ( AG Chrome Go Tablet,, IMEI number ***)of R239,00 for 24 month, and he told me that there's no connection fee no additional fee expected and if they deliver the device at middle month of the they will not deduct the whole monthly premium and we agree they deliver the device.<br> At the end of July they deduct R 836.00 then I was shocked and I send email to Sinetemba and he give me customer care number which (please contact customer care on ***or 123 or maybe 126), I call and make a report they say they will respond back to me in 7 working days, they did not until I call them back , I spoke with Poscia Tshangana she say that R 836.00 is connection fee plus airtime plus two full monthly premium<br> I told them that I want to cancel the contract becouse they promise things they can not deliver and I can not afford to pay more than R239.00, Poscia says they will do investigation with AGmobile through voice recording with Sinetemba and if he give me wrong information they will cancel the contract and take 7 to 14 day and is more than 14 days now, no respond
