Why does Virgin Mobile exist?

Imagine trying to recharge your airtime via the bank in the morning and still waiting for the credit. Absolutely waste of time. Technical help nor the call center can't help. Don't ever change to virgin mobile as they don't have the technical support for their network and depend on other network providers for support. I have called Barry Williams several times only to be rep**** back by SMS that he is on leave. Barry Williams is that head of technical of Virgin Mobile SA. I wonder what would happen if nobody chose virgin., Fact is nothing, as they are not worth the trouble
