Why cant we sms using the bonus airtime? what is going on?

Hi i bought so much airtime and i get the bonus airtime and now i cant sms? why? i logged a complaint on thrusday night with virgin mobile directly on the phone? Why do you guys do this??? i dont understand why i have to write on hello peter all the time. Tarri Botes ********** 566

Hi Alicia, i just used all my free smses that i load with my own airtime. I have R66 airtime now and it wont send any smses or make phone calls. WHAT IS GOING ON???? its not my problem.
